The Recruiter is assisting an international retailer based in Annecy, France in recruiting an IT B2B Director (m/f) to lead the technology organisation behind its B2B platform. The role reports to the IT Senior Director Digital Technologies and forms one of three pillars of the new Digital Technologies department.

You will own the B2B technology strategy, oversee delivery, run and enablement, manage budgets and drive AI adoption across the B2B ecosystem, coordinating with global and regional

Qualifications

• Senior technology leadership experience in B2B, commerce or enterprise platforms.
• Proven delivery of complex replatforming and multi-stream programs.
• Experience communicating with ExecBoard and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in budgeting at scale and vendor management.
• Solid understanding of AI and its delivery integration.
• Fluent English; French language is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Lead the B2B technology organisation across delivery, run and enablement scopes.
• Own the replatformed B2B environment and manage delivery portfolio on time and budget.
• Support growth in international markets while standardising global platform.
• Develop the management layer below you and represent the function at ExecBoard.
• Define technology strategy, drive sourcing decisions and manage the budget with accountability.
• Drive AI adoption across B2B in partnership with AI Delivery teams.
