Job summary

EverDye is expanding its BtoB activities in the chemical sector and seeks a Business Developer to drive complex sales. This role focuses on coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across design, quality, CSR, and manufacturing to push disruptive innovations.

You will be involved in shaping marketing tools in project mode, supporting multilateral discussions, and building customer adoption beyond simple lead generation. 5+ years in chemicals is preferred, textile familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in chemical sales or related field.
• Experience in BtoB complex sales; textile sector is a plus.
• Strong coordination and project management skills across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multilateral discussions among designers, quality, CSR and manufacturing.
• Support marketing tools development in a project mode.
• Manage customer/stakeholder objections and build adoption of mature products.
