You will own strategic planning, build long-term customer relationships, and expand the bonding and encapsulation portfolio across key accounts, working with marketing and R&D.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience with revenue growth.
• 5+ years in Automotive, Transportation or General Industrial markets.
• Proven B2B sales record with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 60%+.

Responsibilities

• Expand the bonding & encapsulation business in target markets.
• Develop and manage new business before handing over to Key Account Manager.
• Define and execute strategic plans for current and target key accounts.
• Identify influencers and decision makers at customer locations.
• Coordinate with marketing and R&D to address customer pain points.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with new customers.
• Use Salesforce to manage pricing, funnel, accounts and territory.
• Represent ITW at trade shows and events.
