Due to continued growth, we are seeking an AV Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic and ambitious business where you will receive hands‑on training, mentorship and support from experienced Hamilton Robson technicians.

Working primarily from a client site in Paris, you will gain exposure to a wide range of audiovisual and workplace technologies while developing both your technical and customer-facing skills. As part of your development, you will initially shadow experienced team members before progressing into an independent support role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide day-to-day support for audiovisual and workplace technology systems.
• Support meeting rooms, video conferencing platforms and live events.
• Troubleshoot AV issues and respond to support requests.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic break-fix activities.
• Ensure AV equipment is operating effectively and reliably.
• Build positive relationships with on‑site customers and end users.
• Maintain accurate records of support activities and equipment.
• Work alongside senior technicians to develop technical skills and experience.
• Travel to client sites across EMEA when required.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years’ experience working for corporate environment.
• Understanding of AV systems and video conferencing technologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving ability.
• IT literate with knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the AV and workplace technology industry.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Familiarity with Q‑SYS, Dante, Crestron, Polycom, Shure and Logitech technologies.
• Experience supporting meeting room and collaboration technology environments.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Knowledge of live streaming technologies.
• AVIXA Qualifications.
