Job description

Responsibilities

• Be ALB's reference contact in your area.
• Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical and unique properties...).
• Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and owner and guest relations).
• Organise your schedule and work from wherever you choose (partial remote / field work).

Requirements

• Persuasive: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes.
• Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or any other sector — your willingness to learn and commitment to quality are what matter.
• Autonomous: You want control over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
