Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited seeks a senior Business Analyst – Agentic AI to bridge business and automation capabilities, driving adoption of Agentic AI in enterprise processes. The role is client-facing, operating from the client environment, shaping the Agentic Automation roadmap and value realization strategy.

You will lead discovery workshops, define workflows with AI agents and orchestration, and ensure alignment with business priorities.

Qualifications

6–8+ years in Business Analysis / Process Consulting / Digital Transformation.
Experience with enterprise platforms like SAP, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Workday, or Coupa.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops to identify high-value Agentic AI opportunities.
Translate business problems into agentic workflows with AI agents, human-in-the-loop, and orchestration.
Define and drive an Agentic Automation pipeline aligned to priorities and outcomes.
Build business cases for AI agents highlighting productivity gains and decision acceleration.
Identify opportunities to augment processes with AI agents and generative AI-driven reasoning.
Partner with Solution Architects to design end-to-end Agentic Automation solutions.
