Job summary

Lloyd Motor Group is seeking a Service Team Leader for our Levens-based Aftersales operation. You will lead the Service Advisor team, ensuring efficient appointment planning and strong customer service delivery across Volvo and Kia franchises.

The role requires automotive service experience, a proactive customer-focused approach, and good IT literacy. Kerridge knowledge is advantageous, and a valid UK driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage the Service Advisor team to provide day-to-day oversight.
• Drive customer service excellence and upsell opportunities.
• Coach Advisors on upselling, EVHCs, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Service Advisor team, providing guidance and day-to-day oversight.
• Maximise ENV and CDW opportunities to support Aftersales performance.
• Coach and develop Service Advisors on upselling opportunities and EVHCs.
• Manage the service diary effectively, ensuring appointments are planned and allocated efficiently.
• Monitor KPIs, daily targets and Green Days, taking action where required to maintain performance.
• Provide cover on the front desks when required, supporting the wider Aftersales team.
• Oversee and support warranty claims, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Help drive and maintain strong Customer NPS results through excellent customer service.
• Complete customer follow-up calls, ensuring feedback is captured and any issues are resolved promptly.
