Airbus Operations SAS is launching a two-year Global Graduate development journey to grow future Auto-Flight System Engineers. You will rotate through placements, learn MBSE, simulation, and flight control architectures, and work across international teams to deliver safe, high-performance aircraft.

The programme emphasizes leadership, soft skills, inclusive values, and a dedicated development week with peers and leaders, preparing you for future leadership challenges within Airbus.

Qualifications

• A degree level or equivalent within Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Automation & Control, or a related discipline.
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in aeronautics or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic verbal communication in French is appreciated.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to design, integration, and validation of Auto-Flight Systems.
• Master MBSE, simulation environments, and flight control architectures.
• Act as a vital link between engineering teams and strategic execution.
• Foster collaboration across multicultural teams in a complex matrix.
• Rotational placements to gain holistic view of Autoflight lifecycle.
• Develop knowledge of system lifecycles, safety regulations, and management frameworks.
