  • Electrical protection, discrimination and coordination
  • Critical power resilience, redundancy and availability strategies
  • Electrical metering, monitoring and energy management systems
  • Lead electrical load assessments, power studies, fault‑level calculations and system capacity assessments.
  • Develop electrical resilience strategies aligned with client availability and redundancy requirements.
  • Review and approve electrical calculations, reports, specifications, drawings and technical design documentation.
  • Lead design reviews and provide technical assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Interface directly with hyperscale, colocation, investor and end‑user clients.
  • Coordinate electrical design with mechanical, public health, architectural, structural and specialist engineering disciplines.
  • Work closely with contractors, manufacturers and specialist suppliers to ensure design intent is maintained through construction.
  • Support factory acceptance testing, site acceptance testing, commissioning and technical handover activities where required.
  • Ensure electrical designs comply with French regulations, applicable European and international standards and specific client design requirements.
  • Support technical due diligence, feasibility studies, infrastructure assessments and data centre master planning activities.
  • Provide technical input into site selection, utility capacity assessments and electrical infrastructure strategies.
  • Maintain programme, commercial, technical and quality objectives across assigned projects.
  • Support business development activities, including client presentations, technical proposals and fee submissions.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective data centre clients across France and EMEA.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and support the expansion of the Paris electrical engineering team.
  • Contribute to the development of engineering standards, design methodologies and best‑practice approaches within the business.

Candidate Profile
