Turner Lovell is supporting a major international energy technology company delivering advanced power conversion, energy storage and grid integration solutions for the global energy transition. With strong growth globally, our client is expanding its engineering leadership team to support the delivery of BESS power plants for complex international projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead and develop a specialist electrical engineering team working across the full EPC lifecycle, from tender support and basic design through to detailed engineering, procurement support, FAT/SAT, commissioning and project takeover.
As Electrical Engineering Manager, you will lead the electrical engineering team responsible for delivering the complete electrical scope of turnkey BESS projects. You will define priorities, allocate resources, manage workload across multiple international projects and ensure the quality, consistency and compliance of all electrical engineering deliverables.
You will play a key role in building a high-performing team, improving engineering standards and supporting the continued growth of a business unit focused on energy storage, power conversion and decarbonisation.
This is a strategic leadership role within a growing energy systems business at the centre of the energy transition. You will have the opportunity to build and develop a recognised electrical engineering team, influence technical standards and support the delivery of complex BESS power plants across international markets.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to product development and help shape the engineering methods, tools and processes used to deliver reliable, sustainable energy infrastructure.
