NES Fircroft seeks an Associate Electrical Director to lead and expand the electrical engineering capability from its Paris office. You will head multidisciplinary teams and drive technically excellent designs for hyperscale and colocation projects across France and the wider EMEA region.

You will report to senior leadership and contribute to future growth while maintaining high standards of quality, resilience and delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years' consulting engineering experience.
• Experience delivering mission-critical datacentre or major infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of HV/MV/LV systems and critical power.
• Fluent French and professional English.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead electrical design and delivery of mission-critical and data centre projects.
• Act as Project Director or Lead Electrical Engineer on major assignments.
• Mentor electrical engineers and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Coordinate electrical design with other disciplines and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with French regulations and applicable standards.
• Support business development and client relationships across France and EMEA.

TheOpportunity
