NES Fircroft in Paris is seeking an Associate Electrical Director to lead and grow the electrical engineering capability for mission-critical data centre projects. The role requires senior leadership, client liaison, and expert design delivery across France and the wider EMEA region.

You will mentor engineers, drive technically excellent designs, ensure regulatory compliance, and interface with hyperscale clients while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and contractors.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years' experience in consulting engineering.
• Strong knowledge of critical electrical infrastructure and resilience.

Responsabilités

• Lead electrical design and delivery of mission-critical and data centre projects from concept through construction and commissioning.
• Act as Project Director or Lead Electrical Engineer on major assignments.
• Manage and mentor electrical engineers and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Develop electrical system strategies for high-availability data centre environments.
• Review and approve electrical calculations, reports, specifications and drawings.
• Coordinate electrical design with mechanical, public health, architectural and structural disciplines.
