PACE Global in Paris is seeking an expert MEP Planner/Planning Manager to lead the planning function for a major hyperscale data centre project. You will drive the schedule, mentor planners, and coordinate closely with the client, contractor, and subcontractors on a cutting-edge build.

You will develop Pre-Construction, Construction, and Commissioning programs using Primavera P6 or Asta PowerProject, and deliver clear progress reports with Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• Must lead and mentor a full team of Planners from Junior to Senior levels.
• Develop and maintain construction programs using Primavera P6 or Asta PowerProject.
• Act as planning liaison between client, contractor and subcontractors.
• Implement planning processes and monitor progress with site walks.
• Generate clear progress reports and forecasts using BI tools.

We're partnering with a top-tier Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) contractor to find a Planning Manager for a massive, cutting-edge Hyperscale Data Centre build in Paris, France

The Opportunity

• Location: Paris

• The Project: Lead the planning function for a major data centre—the core infrastructure of the digital economy.

What You'll Be Doing:

You won't just plan; you'll drive the project sched

• Lead a Team: Manage, mentor, and lead a full team of Planners (Grad to Senior)
• Master the Schedule: Develop and maintain Pre-Construction, Construction, and Commissioning Programs using Primavera P6 or Asta PowerProject.
• Drive Alignment: Act as the key planning liaison between the specialist contractor, the Client, and all subcontractors
• Process Ownership: Implement rigorous planning processes, monitor progress via site walks, and ensure deadlines are met across all functions (Commercial, Engineering, Construction, QA/Cx).
• Insight & Reporting: Utilize tools like Power BI and Excel to generate clear, actionable progress reports and forecast

What You'll be doing:

• P6 Expertise: You are an advanced user of Primavera P6
• MEP Specialism: Solid experience in Mechanical and Electrical construction, ideally within the Data Centre sector.
• Advanced Knowledge: Proven experience with Delay Analysis Techniques, and a strong understanding of BIM, QA Handove, and Commissioning (Cx) prosses.
