This is a full-time, permanent position based at either our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France or our Asia Campus in Singapore. A hybrid working model is in place, with 3 days on campus and 2 days from home.
Reporting to the Executive HR Director, Total Rewards and HR Shared Services, you will play a pivotal role in designing, optimising and implementing competitive and sustainable Total Rewards programmes that support INSEAD’s strategic objectives across its global campuses. You will partner with HR colleagues, leaders and stakeholders to ensure that compensation, benefits and rewards practices remain competitive, compliant and aligned with organisational goals. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects that enhance the employee experience and support the attraction, retention and motivation of exceptional talent worldwide.
