INSEAD is seeking an Associate Director, Total Rewards to join our Human Resources department. This full-time, permanent role is based at Fontainebleau, France or Singapore with a 3 days on campus / 2 days from home hybrid model.

You will design, optimise and implement competitive Total Rewards programmes across global campuses, partnering with HR leaders to ensure competitive compensation, benefits and governance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field; Master's degree advantageous.
  • At least 8 years of Total Rewards experience in an international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of global compensation, benefits and rewards practices.

Responsabilités

  • Evaluate and enhance Total Rewards programmes and processes to ensure competitiveness and alignment with objectives.
  • Participate in salary surveys and market analyses to benchmark compensation practices and recommend improvements.
  • Manage job evaluations, job gradings and support compensation structures and frameworks.
  • Ensure flawless execution of salary review cycles, bonus processes and compensation offers.
  • Design and manage sales incentive plans and benefits programme development.
  • Analyse rewards data and prepare insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, tax regulations and governance across locations.
  • Advise managers, employees and HR colleagues on Total Rewards policies and practices.
  • Deliver training and promote understanding of INSEAD’s Total Rewards offering.
  • Lead or participate in global HR projects driving operational excellence.

INSEAD is seeking an Associate Director, Total Rewards to join our Human Resources department. This is a full-time, permanent position based at either our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France or our Asia Campus in Singapore. A hybrid working model is in place, with 3 days on campus and 2 days from home.

About The Job

Reporting to the Executive HR Director, Total Rewards and HR Shared Services, you will play a pivotal role in designing, optimising and implementing competitive and sustainable Total Rewards programmes that support INSEAD’s strategic objectives across its global campuses. You will partner with HR colleagues, leaders and stakeholders to ensure that compensation, benefits and rewards practices remain competitive, compliant and aligned with organisational goals. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects that enhance the employee experience and support the attraction, retention and motivation of exceptional talent worldwide.

Your role within the team
  • Evaluate and enhance Total Rewards programmes and processes to ensure competitiveness, fairness and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Participate in salary surveys and conduct market analyses to benchmark compensation practices and recommend improvements.

The ideal candidate profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
  • At least 8 years of Total Rewards experience gained within an international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of global compensation, benefits and rewards practices and market trends.
  • Hands-on experience with job evaluation methodologies, particularly Mercer (IPE) frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems; Oracle HCM experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management capabilities. Able to manage senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent Proficiency in English - both written and verbal.
  • You are proactive and consistently deliver high-quality work, maintain a strong attention to detail, and demonstrate professionalism through ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • You thrive in a collaborative, multicultural environment and work effectively with colleagues across functions, locations and time zones to achieve shared goals.
