Description du poste

INSEAD is seeking a Manager, Gift Processing to join our Advancement Operations team. This is a full-time, permanent position based at either our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France or our Asia Campus in Singapore, with a hybrid working model (3 days on campus, 2 days remote).

About the Job

Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations and as a member of the Gift Team, you play a key role in delivering efficient, compliant and donor‑centric gift processing operations.

You contribute to enhancing the donor experience and giving journey by implementing best practices, improving processes, and supporting strategic initiatives across the team and the wider department. You also develop a strong understanding of the Gift Team’s operations to provide hands‑on support during periods of high volume.

Working closely with the Development team and key internal and external stakeholders, you ensure that gifts are processed accurately, in compliance with internal policies, as well as legal and fiscal regulations.

Your role within the team
Ensure high quality gift and foundation administration
  • Co‑lead operational relationships with external foundations and third‑party entities (e.g. CAF, Benevity, Charities Trust, Ariba)
  • Prepare and deliver required reports and supporting documentation
  • Ensure donors receive appropriate acknowledgements and tax receipts (where eligible)
  • Maintain proper documentation and archiving for legal and audit purposes
Lead projects to develop INSEAD’s foundation network
  • Build partnerships with international organisations to extend tax‑efficient giving options
  • Manage due diligence, application and reporting processes for partner entities
  • Support reporting on foundation performance
Manage giving platforms operationally
  • Administer recurring gifts and payment flows across platforms (Magento, Stripe, etc.)
  • Test platforms regularly and collaborate with IT on enhancements and issue resolution
  • Coordinate upgrades and new payment method implementation
  • Lead initiatives to improve tracking of pledges and recurring donations
  • Support donors with online giving queries
  • Contribute to updates of offline and online donation forms
Improve processes and documentation
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Review and enhance process documentation, user guides and templates
Provide high level donor support
  • Manage and respond to donor enquiries via the shared mailbox
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and responsiveness
  • Support donors with payment methods and giving options
  • Manage tax receipts and acknowledgement communications
Execute special projects
  • Contribute to and deliver key operational or strategic projects as required

You are a detail‑oriented and collaborative professional with a strong service mindset and a passion for operational excellence.

  • Proven experience working in the non‑profit sector, fundraising or higher education or a related field
  • Proven experience in operations, project management, fundraising, finance, or a related field
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience working with systems or platforms (CRM, payment platforms, or digital tools)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data and financial processes
  • Commitment to delivering excellent donor/customer service
