INSEAD is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partnering to join our HR team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role can be based at our Europe campus in Fontainebleau, France, or our Asia campus in Singapore, reflecting our global footprint.

You will partner with managers to deliver high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle, lead talent reviews, onboarding, learning initiatives, and ensure HR data integrity and compliance via HRIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's preferred.
• Approximately 5+ years of HR Generalist experience in an international environment.
• Broad exposure across the employee lifecycle and HR systems.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned departments.
• Coordinate annual performance and salary review cycles.
• Drive onboarding, learning and development initiatives.
• Collaborate on talent reviews and succession planning.
• Oversee recruitment, transfers and exits; ensure data integrity.
