Our Phillips-Medisize Pharma Team is a global team that is hiring for our Associate Director, Global Pharma Segment position due to the expansion of our European team. This role will lead a strategic effort to grow profitable sales in the pharma market through assessment, intelligence gathering, generating sales leads, and managing the sales pipeline. The successful candidate will develop strong relationships between assigned accounts and Phillips-Medisize’s leadership and operational teams.

This is a remote role based in Europe, operating on a global scale, with travel throughout Europe and internationally to collaborate with internal and external customers.

What You Will Do

  • Drive medical business development, selling design & development services, validation, clinical builds, tooling, clean room molding, drug handling, and contract manufacturing of drug-delivery devices.
  • Identify market and customer trends, unmet needs, and product opportunities in the Drug Delivery markets where Phillips-Medisize can add value.
  • Develop a pharma sales pipeline and manage the sales funnel from prospecting to maintaining customer relationships to increase sales.
  • Handle customer RFQs, participate in developing new project proposals, and negotiate master development and supply agreements.
  • Develop sales strategies and negotiate development and recurring costs with customers to secure new business.
  • Communicate business strategies clearly to management, project teams, and customers to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, including C-suite, to grow sales and sustain existing business.
  • Foster partnerships between customers and internal teams across product development, manufacturing, and management.
  • Develop positive working relationships within internal disciplines and management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • At least 12 years of sales management experience.
  • Experience developing new medical customers, markets, and technologies.
  • Experience working in the Drug Delivery Systems industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Master’s degree in management.
  • Experience with product development, contract manufacturing, and related processes.
