Qualifications

• 2 years of store management experience in a customer-centric setting, preferably specialty retail.
• High school diploma required.
• Basic understanding of POS, scheduling, HRIS, and time & attendance systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Workshop Manager in determining daily assignments and directing work for associates.
• Help with hiring and promotion decisions, providing feedback on selection and advancement.
• Lead shifts, enforce company policies, and contribute to disciplinary actions when needed.
