Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Sales Keyholder to drive store sales, coach teammates, and maintain energy on the floor. This role serves as the right hand to store leaders, promoting a high-energy, customer-first experience across shifts.

You will lead by example in customer service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising while supporting loss prevention and store operations. This position offers growth opportunities within our global team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and high school degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year of retail/customer service experience.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledgeable of store operations, visual merchandising, stockroom, risk management & safety.
• Moderate knowledge of industry/retail operations and applying this knowledge to create solutions.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods with/without accommodation.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (hand-held/mobile devices).
• Can stand/walk/bend and lift cartons up to 25 lbs./12 kg per shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead a selling culture and enhance the customer experience

• Manage loss prevention, safety, and audit expectations and results
• Ensure the store is neat, clean, and well-stocked
• Open and close the store when necessary
• Support in driving sales and KPI target achievement
• Act as the leader on duty and model Athlete service standards
• Provide in-depth information related to a wide portfolio of technical products
• Partner with leadership to maintain merchandise standards and floor sets
• Evaluate sales and payroll goals using payroll reports and adjust schedules
