lululemon Athletica is seeking a Key Leader to guide store teams, champion guest experience, and oversee day-to-day operations on the sales floor. You will coach Educators, optimize coverage, and drive store performance through data-driven decisions.

You will foster an inclusive, collaborative culture while supporting product education, omnichannel initiatives, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Educators to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Plan coverage and oversee store floor operations for efficiency.
• Provide product knowledge and support omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup, ship from store).
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
• Manage tasks such as visual merchandising and inventory from standard guidelines.
• Support leadership with metrics review and action planning.
