Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing store team and deliver an engaging customer experience. You will model selling behaviors, coach associates, and ensure SOPs and brand standards are followed to drive sales and service KPIs.

The role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience driving customer experience and KPI results.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsabilités

• Lead and champion high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations with brand standards.
• Drive sales and service KPIs through coaching and daily execution.
• Provide manager-on-duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Promote loyalty programs and protection services.
• Oversee special departments and in-store programs.
• Maintain asset protection and shrink control.
