Job summary

Mejuri is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in France to join our growing European team. You will report to the Store Manager, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while overseeing daily store operations.

You will lead by example on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling, manage inventory and back‑of‑house processes, train and schedule the team, and support merchandising, campaigns, and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in fast-paced stores.
• Proven ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Experience with store operations and inventory control.
• Ability to manage schedules and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
• Support store leadership in operations, inventory, and merchandising.
• Drive KPIs such as retention, conversion, and NPS.
• Manage in-store processes including order fulfillment and back-of-house.
• Coach team on Mejuri's selling steps and visual standards.
