Under Armour, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead floor operations, coach teammates, and deliver results on a high-performing, customer-focused sales floor in France.

You will drive daily operations, participate in payroll processes, and support omni-channel efforts while upholding UA’s standards and brand presentation. The role requires 1 year retail experience, strong communication, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and high school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive daily store operations and coach teammates to deliver results.
• Assist in managing payroll and schedule adjustments to maximize productivity.
• Support the business plan by driving sales, profitability, and key objectives.
• Lead merchandising moves to maximize presentation and brand standards.
• Monitor loss prevention standards and store audit results.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on policies and procedures.
