You will support recruiting, onboarding, and training, managing store KPIs, and maintaining visual standards. Flexibility for schedule and travel is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years minimum retail store management experience.
• Excellent communication skills to convey brand vision and mission.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate people, resources and services.
• Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel as needed to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive store KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, customer capture, and NPS.
• Set targets, motivate the team, and manage day-to-day operations.
• Oversee training, visual merchandising, opening/closing, and asset security.
• Plan labor schedules and manage inventory and cash controls.
• Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of team members.
• Lead in-store events and local outreach to build brand community.
