Flow Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an Assistant Manager for a busy hospitality and bowling centre in Chalon-sur-Saône. You will be at the centre of the customer and team experience, coaching and mentoring the team, and hands-on across all busy centre operations.

Join a fast-paced, growing business and support the General Manager with back of house duties while driving front-of-house excellence and delivering service standards and financial targets.

Qualifications

• minimum of twelve months’ management experience in a fast paced, customer-facing environment
• passionate about customer service
• evidence of inspiring and developing large teams
• willing to work nights and weekends
• ambition for success

Responsabilités

• coaching and mentoring the team on shift
• ensuring the centre is a safe and fun environment for customers
• hands on across all areas of the busy centre
