Gstaad Palace is seeking a chef for its Bernay production area. You will prepare, process and present dishes under the Culinary Director's instructions while ensuring mise-en-place and compliance with quality, HACCP, and hygiene standards.

The role requires apprenticeship as a chef and several years of experience in Asian cuisine, with strong communication in English and a collaborative, enthusiastic approach to work in a busy kitchen.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship as a chef completed.
• Several years of experience in Asian cuisine.
• Ability to communicate in English; other languages are advantageous.
• Flexible, resilient, team-oriented and enthusiastic.

Responsabilités

• Carrying out all work in the production area in accordance with quality and management guidelines
• Preparation, processing and presentation of all dishes according to instructions and in consultation with the Culinary Director
