Convelio is seeking a high-energy Business Development Executive to drive growth by owning the full client lifecycle with art & design galleries. You will build your pipeline, run outbound campaigns, visit clients in Paris, and close new accounts for Shipping, Storage, and IMS.

The role is based at our Le Bourget warehouse with weekly Paris visits. Fluency in French and English, a results-driven mindset, and experience in logistics and sales are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience driving new business and growing existing accounts.
• Proven ability to own the sales cycle from acquisition to retention.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from acquisition to retention, leveraging market knowledge and Salesforce CRM to maximize impact.
• Build a pipeline of leads to acquire.
• Design and drive outbound campaigns across your pipeline with provided tools.
• Engage your pipeline via visits, calls, emails, and events.
• Pitch Convelio’s services and close new accounts.
• Convert opportunities to increase portfolio revenue.
• Document client insights in CRM and report to EU Sales Manager.
• Understand clients’ operational needs and act as trusted advisor.
• Pitch and convert clients on Shipping, Storage, and IMS services.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address issues to ensure retention.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve client experience and performance.
