Job summary

Voodoo in Paris seeks an experienced Art Director to lead the art development for our puzzle titles, shaping the visual identity and guiding a team of artists to ensure consistency and quality across the portfolio.

You will craft a comprehensive UI Style Bible, build reusable component libraries, and create high-quality 3D/2D assets for mobile. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role in a dynamic studio environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or mentoring artists with direct, actionable feedback.
• Strong Unity skills, with ability to implement and optimise directly in engine.
• Excellent 3D/2D design skills, with a keen eye for visual hierarchy and readability.
• Experience contributing to or owning an art direction, including style guide creation and asset pipeline standards.
• Experience with A/B testing or LiveOps features.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional remote teams.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the art development for puzzle titles, establishing and evolving the visual identity with the GM.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to artists to maintain high quality across deliverables.
• Create and maintain a UI Style Bible and reusable component libraries for the team.
• Create high-quality 3D/2D assets (characters, props, environments) for mobile.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and live user data.
• Champion creative ideas to boost player engagement and UX across titles.
