Zodiac Nautic group is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive revenue across Eastern Europe and the Middle East. You will grow dealer networks, acquire new business, and lead promotional activities, including demos and events, in collaboration with the Export Sales Director and Marketing Manager.

Fluent in English, French and German, you will travel 50–70% annually to attend boat shows and dealer visits, building strong relationships across an international team and ensuring customer success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree (four years of college or university).
• Previous sales and territory management (B2B) experience with proven success.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with planning and project management abilities including negotiation and closing.
• CRM experience and digital orientation.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% throughout the year.
• Strategic thinker with initiative, creativity and innovation track record.
• Able to work in an international team and collaborate with all company services.
• Ideally based in France or Europe near France (near an airport).

Responsabilidades

• Grow sales in your territory with existing dealers and new channels.
• Expand the dealer network and partner with Mercury outboard dealers and clubs.
• Promote Zodiac products, focusing on RIBs, via demos and events.
• Represent Zodiac Nautic at trade shows and promotional events; coordinate with Marketing.
• Lead customer development and ensure timely follow-up and service.
