Caesarstone is seeking a Business Development Manager for Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley. The role focuses on building relationships with architects, designers, builders, and fabricators to drive product adoption across residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven sales professional with a track record in new business development, presenting innovative surface solutions, and influencing design decisions. Travel and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalency.
3–5 years of successful B2B sales with a proven track record.
Experience in architectural or design-related industries.
Strong understanding of architectural and interior design concepts.
Ability to develop and deliver presentations and written materials.
History of identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel with a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, builders, and fabricators.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive specifications.
Present Caesarstone products at meetings, showrooms, and industry events.
Manage key accounts and support product launches.
Maintain a structured pipeline and territory coverage.
Attend trade shows and industry events to grow your network.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
