Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Arabic Speaking Player Support Specialist for Supercell Games in Bulgaria. You will provide support to players via chat, email and social channels, resolve technical inquiries and gameplay questions, and act as a Supercell brand ambassador.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Arabic required for speaking and writing.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is favorable.
• Interest in Gaming/Esports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class player support via chat, email and social channels.
• Resolve technical inquiries, account issues and gameplay questions.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Supercell.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report bugs and feedback trends.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of game mechanics, updates and events.
• Document all player interactions in the CRM for reporting and analysis.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and participate in meetings and workshops.
