Technip Energies in Paris is offering an HRIS internship to join the HR data analytics team. You will process and analyze HR data, build dashboards, and support decision making, under a mentoring framework.

This position emphasizes data processing, KPI development, and automation with Python/VBA. Starting September 2026 for one year, the role provides hands-on experience with HR systems, Power BI, Excel, SAP and Oracle, and exposure to cross-functional projects in a global engineering

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in data science, statistics, business intelligence, or HR with a strong interest in data (HR management).
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel (complex lookups, filters, pivots) and an interest in SAP and Oracle.
• Solid foundation in Python and VBA.
• Analytical, confidential, proactive with strong organizational skills.
• Working-level English is required.

Responsabilités

• Data crunching: cleaning, structuring, and enriching HR datasets.
• Data comparison, data production, and dashboard creation.
• Participation in project phases with the project manager (e.g., data cleaning projects, report automation).
• Development of KPIs and applications using Power BI or other software.

About the mission we offer you:

Within the Human Resources Department at Technip Energies France, you will join the HRIS team, reporting to the Data & Analytics Specialist.

You will contribute to the use and analysis of HR data to support decision-making, optimize HR processes, and drive strategic management. You will be responsible for producing HR data for various departments within the company, as well as for labor unions and external regulatory bodies. You will also participate in various development projects with your mentor. You will support users and provide training as needed.

This position is highly technical in nature: you will be involved in the entire HR data processing chain (collection, cleaning, analysis, visualization).

Your responsibilities will be diverse:

• Data crunching: cleaning, structuring, and enriching HR datasets.

• Participation in certain project phases with the project manager (e.g., data cleaning projects, report automation, etc.),
• Development of KPIs and applications using Power BI or other software.

Throughout this training, you will be supported by a mentor who will be available to answer any questions you may have.

• You are pursuing a degree in data science, statistics, business intelligence, or HR with a strong interest in data (HR management).
• You are proficient in Power BI and Excel (complex lookup, filter, and conditional formulas, pivot tables) and are interested in development and working with SAP and Oracle. You have a solid foundation in Python and VBA.
• You have an analytical mind, are thorough, self-reliant, organized, and have a strong sense of confidentiality.
• You are proactive and have strong analytical skills.
• Working-level English is required for this position.
