Job summary

Mistral is seeking an Applied AI Engineer with a DevOps focus to help customers adopt our AI solutions. You will onboard clients, guide deployment, and ensure production readiness from the GPU stack to back-end and front-end interfaces.

Join a collaborative, global team and work closely with researchers and product engineers on deployments, scaling, and open-source contributions, while engaging in pre-sales discussions to understand client needs and articulate Mistral's technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of DevOps or SRE experience in production.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Experience deploying AI-based products in production environments.
• Proficient in Python and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IaC (Terraform/Ansible).

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers, guide deployment, and ensure optimal production setup from GPU stack to interfaces.
• Deploy state-of-the-art AI applications across consumer to industrial use cases with customers.
• Collaborate with researchers, AI engineers, and product engineers on complex projects and contribute to open-source codebases.
• Participate in pre-sales calls to understand client needs and explain Mistral technologies.
