Mistral AI is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to facilitate the adoption of its products among customers and collaborate with them to address complex technical challenges. You will work hand-in-hand with customers from pre‑sales to post‑implementation, ensuring our solutions meet and exceed client expectations.

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications and integrate cutting‑edge AI models into client software.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years as a technical individual contributor on cutting-edge technologies.
• Strong coding skills in Python and TypeScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, NextJS, or VueJS.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as NodeJS.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with researchers, AI engineers, and product engineers on customer projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications.
• Develop complex use cases with customers and ensure production-ready integration.
• Collaborate with product and science teams to improve product and model capabilities based on feedback.
