Tecumseh is seeking an Application Engineer (M/F) to support customers in the German-speaking market from France or Germany. You will act as the key interface between customers, sales teams and technical departments.

You will provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, perform tests and analyses, prepare reports for customers, and contribute to continuous improvement of Tecumseh products and services while building long-term relationships with European partners.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education in refrigeration or related field is expected.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with customers.
• Experience in a B2B industrial environment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to customers before, during, and after the sales process.
• Act as interface between customers, sales teams and R&D/technical departments.
• Develop and maintain high-level customer relationships and deliver seminars.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of products and services based on feedback.
