Job summary

Mayoly APAC is seeking a dynamic Regional Business Development & Portfolio Expansion Manager to lead external growth initiatives, regional portfolio development, and market entry strategies across APAC. The role combines commercial acumen with deep knowledge of Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, or Pharma landscapes.

You will identify licensing, acquisitions, and partner opportunities, manage RFP processes, and collaborate with regulatory, legal, and finance teams to drive value, scale, and sustainable

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sourcing and closing licensing, partnerships, or M&A deals in APAC markets.
• 12–15 years of BD, Licensing, Innovation Management, or Market Expansion in CHC/Pharma/FMCG.
• MBA or equivalent business qualification.
• Fluent English; additional APAC languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead external opportunity sourcing including product acquisitions and licensing-in.
• Drive regional geo-expansion initiatives and partner go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee internal innovation projects from ideation to market launch.
• Act as strategic partner to APAC GM and cross-functional leaders.
