You'll run the 2nd-level control program, work with risk management, and help foster a culture of compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in AML/CFT compliance.
• Hands-on knowledge of the AML/CFT framework.
• Familiarity with the French regulatory landscape.
• Experience in a 2nd line of defense role.

Responsabilités

• Run the 2nd-level control program.
• Maintain AML/CFT risk mapping annually.
• Produce regulatory deliverables for AMF and ACPR.
• Collaborate across operational teams to strengthen controls.
• Build a compliance culture with training modules.
