Bitstack seeks an experienced compliance professional to lead its AML/CFT controls. This role is essential for ensuring our compliance framework is not just robust but continually evolving.

You will work closely with the Head of Risk & Compliance, manage regulatory deliverables, collaborate across functions, and contribute to building a compliance culture. A competitive salary, health benefits, and flexible working arrangements await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in AML/CFT compliance, ideally in a bank or fintech.
• Solid knowledge of the AML/CFT framework and risk mapping.
• Familiarity with French regulatory landscape (AMF, ACPR, TRACFIN) is a plus.
• Experience in a 2nd line of defense role.

Responsabilités

• Run our 2nd-level control program to ensure AML/CFT framework effectiveness.
• Maintain and update AML/CFT risk mapping annually.
• Produce regulatory deliverables for AMF, ACPR, and TRACFIN.
• Collaborate with operational teams to strengthen controls.
• Co-develop AML/CFT training modules and run sessions.
