Apex Group in France's Centre-Val de Loire region seeks a Compliance Executive to join the Compliance department on a permanent, full-time basis. You will ensure adherence to AML/CFT policies, conduct file reviews (CDD included), and help design and update compliance reports.

You will compile findings for KPI reports, draft guidance on flagged screenings, support ongoing monitoring, and liaise with authorities and internal teams to maintain robust regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Law and/or holding a recognized professional qualification.
• 2–3 years of work experience in a relevant field.
• Good technical knowledge of AML/CFT issues and applicable regulations.

Responsabilités

• Adherence to company and group policies on AML/CFT.
• File reviews including CDD review and complex structures.
• Design, review and update formats of compliance reports.
• Compile findings for Compliance KPI and draft guidance notes on flagged screening reports.
• Assist in ongoing monitoring per Compliance Calendar including testing program.
• Support enhancements to compliance procedures and AML/CFT manuals.
• Liaise with authorities and other client/group services; provide timely responses.
