Anaplan seeks an experienced Alliance Director to lead our partner ecosystem in France, driving partner recruitment, demand generation, and market awareness. You will enable partners to market and deliver Anaplan solutions, expanding their skills, certifications, market reach, and joint revenue opportunities.

You will serve as the primary liaison between Anaplan and our partners, shaping alliance strategy and ensuring alignment with France market goals.

Your Role

Anaplan is seeking an experienced Alliance Director to lead our partner ecosystem in France. This role will focus on partner recruitment, driving demand generation, increasing awareness, and enabling our trusted partners to successfully market and deliver Anaplan solutions. You will act as the primary liaison between Anaplan and our partners, helping them expand their skill sets, certifications, market reach and drive joint market demand.

In This Role, You Will

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partner engagement strategy to promote Anaplan’s offerings across France.
• Drive demand generation initiatives collaboratively with partners and internal teams to ensure pipeline growth and attainment of joint revenue targets.

Your Qualifications

• Deep expertise and relevant regional experience in alliance management or partnership development within technology or related sectors, often supported by an advanced degree in business or related fields.
• Proven track record in software sales and revenue growth through strategic alliances, with experience in developing and managing partnerships with Global System Integrators, Cloud providers, and other key partners at a regional or global level.
• Strong leadership skills including the ability to lead alliances and channels, develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and drive partner sales and engagement in complex, matrix organisations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships.
• Experience in operational and strategic sales planning, partner business planning, marketing plans, and revenue-driving program execution, coupled with commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Fluent French and English is required.
