Anaplan Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to join our European Supply Chain Pre‑sales team.

You will act as the technical and domain expert on high‑stakes enterprise opportunities, focusing on strategic supply chain opportunities across France and Southern Europe. You will design and build tailored Proof of Concept (POC) models and high‑quality demonstrations, linking supply chain planning to financial outcomes, and collaborate with the local Principal Consultant and the European team

Qualifications

• Senior pre-sales / solution consulting experience with deep specialization in supply chain planning (S&OP, Supply Planning, Production Planning).
• Consultative, value-driven selling approach with hands-on model building and thorough demo preparation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engagement with technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English for European collaboration and communication.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with advanced Supply Chain Planning software (S&OP, IBP, EPM).
• Experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or multi-dimensional planning tools.
• Manufacturing/industrial accounts background; understanding production planning challenges.
• Familiarity with optimization engines such as Gurobi or Simplex.

Responsabilités

• Target enterprise engagement in France and wider Southern Europe/EMEA to map complex planning needs to Anaplan capabilities.
• Design and build tailored POC models and demonstrations linking planning to financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with local Principal Consultant and European team to deliver high-stakes demos.
• Deliver high-impact presentations to Supply Chain Directors, VP Supply Chain, and C‑level executives, while aligning with Sales, Product, and COE teams.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Solution Consultant to join our highly specialized European Supply Chain Pre‑sales community. You will act as the technical and domain expert on high‑stakes, high‑impact enterprise opportunities, specifically focusing on strategic supply chain opportunities.

Reporting directly to the Director, Supply Chain Solution Consulting EMEA, you will demonstrate Anaplan's unique value proposition through customized Proof of Concept (POC) and flawless high‑quality demonstrations.

Your Impact

Targeted Enterprise Engagement: Engage with large, strategic enterprise prospects in France (and support growth in the wider Southern Europe/EMEA region), specifically targeting the manufacturing and industrial sectors to identify complex, broken business planning processes and map them to Anaplan's capabilities.

High‑Value Solution Engineering: Design and build domain‑specific, tailored Proof of Concept (POC) models and demonstrations that illustrate how Anaplan solves complex Supply Chain planning problems (S&OP, production planning, capacity constraints) and links them directly to financial outcomes.

Collaborative Preparation: Work hand‑in‑hand with our local Principal Consultant and the wider European team of 7 Supply Chain experts (UK, Italy, France) to divide, conquer, and perfect high‑stakes demos.

Internal & External Stakeholder Management: Deliver high‑impact presentations and technical discussions with Supply Chain Directors, VP of Supply Chain, and C‑Level executives, while cross‑training and aligning with internal Sales, Product, and the Presales Center of Excellence (COE) teams.

Your Qualifications

Senior Domain Expertise: Several years of successful Pre‑sales / Solution Consulting experience, with a deep specialization in Supply Chain planning (including S&OP, Supply Planning, and Production Planning).

Consultative & Methodical Approach: Ability to take a consultative, value‑driven selling approach by listening to customer needs, combined with a strong desire to "get hands‑on" with model building and thorough demo preparation.

Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently present complex technical scenarios to both highly technical teams and C‑suite stakeholders.

Languages: Fluent in French and highly proficient in English as it is our standard for European team collaboration and internal communication.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent strongly preferable.

Prior hands‑on experience with advanced Supply Chain Planning software.

Experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or multi‑dimensional planning tools.

• Manufacturing Sector Focus: Proven track record of working with manufacturing and industrial accounts, understanding their specific operational realities, terms, and production planning challenges.
• Hands‑on Technical Agility: Strong multi‑dimensional modelling skills and direct experience or comfortable familiarity with mathematical optimization engines/solvers (such as Gurobi, Simplex, or similar).
