Aviapartner Group at Lyon airport is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to welcome clients and support passengers through check-in, transfers, boarding and arrivals. You will guide clients, provide information about departures, gates and baggage belts, and help coordinate with staff and partners for smooth operations.

The role requires no prior experience, but relies on sales skills, conflict management, airline procedure knowledge, and strong English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in the field.
• Driver's license holder.
• Holder of certifications related to the activity.
• Acquisition and mastery of mandatory authorizations and permits.

Responsabilités

• Welcome clients in dedicated areas and assist passengers (PRM, unaccompanied minors) through check-in, transfers, boarding, arrivals and baggage delivery.
• Provide general, individual and collective information on departures, check-ins, boardings and arrivals including gates, halls and baggage belts.
• Guide clients geographically within the airport and assist to facilitate their journey.
• Coordinate with company employees, stakeholders, partners and passengers to ensure smooth operations.
