Responsibilities

• Plan unloading and loading operations and establish forecast load state.
• Coordinate phases of aircraft handling on departure and arrival.
• Ensure safety and security measures and compliance.
• Update flight information and compile flight file.
• Communicate with Captain and cabin crew about flight specifics and incidents.
• Transmit information and archive flight documentation.
