SITA is seeking a Field Operations IT technician to provide onsite support, repairs, and installations at client premises and airports. You will respond to Service Desk requests, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure SLAs are met.

The role requires at least 3 years of onsite experience, hardware/software installation, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting. A degree in CS or Electronic Eng and CompTIA cert are preferred. Some flex for location and home-working may be available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in onsite support and repairs of PCs, printers, and LAN/WAN equipment.
• Experience working at customer locations and delivering to SLAs.
• Airport/Airline industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide field operations support to internal and external customers per SLA.
• Maintain and service IT equipment and services at client sites.
• Perform onsite interventions as per Service Desk requests and SLAs.
• Coordinate onsite interventions with customer teams to ensure high service quality.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and report on performance.
