Teceze in Beauvais, France, seeks a reliable IT Support Specialist to provide on-site assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable. You will handle desktop/laptop issues, peripherals, and basic network tasks to keep operations operating smoothly.

Responsibilities include IMAC activities, asset inventory, printer and AV support, and VIP end-user service. You will work with vendors, document resolutions, and ensure SLAs are met, supporting Office 365 and mixed Mac/Windows environments.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Familiarity with DHCP, DNS, and LAN connectivity.
• Experience with Office 365 support and collaboration tools.
• Ability to document incidents and maintain knowledge base.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.
• Experience in inventory management and vendor coordination.

We are looking for a reliable and flexible IT Support Specialist to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software as per organizational standards.
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities for IT assets.
• Handle hardware and software troubleshooting, including break-fix support.
• Coordinate with OEM/vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and escalations.
• Manage and maintain IT inventory, including asset tracking and documentation.
• Perform system imaging for laptops and desktops.
• Support printer setup, troubleshooting, and network printer installations.
• Assist in conference room setup, AV support, and meeting room technologies.
• Provide VIP/end-user support with high-touch service.
• Support Office 365-related issues and general user account troubleshooting.
• Install and troubleshoot compliance/security software.
• Provide support for Mac devices alongside Windows systems.
• Ensure adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Support after-hours activities, events, and recurring meetings when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop troubleshooting and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with hardware support and peripheral devices.
• Basic networking knowledge including DHCP, DNS, and LAN connectivity.
• Experience in printer/network printer setup and troubleshooting.
