Job summary

GreenYellow is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to drive AI governance and value creation across the Group. You will orchestrate an AI roadmap, identify opportunities, and lead adoption of Copilot Studio, Fabric, Azure, Power BI and Power Platform to accelerate digital transformation.

We expect a versatile leader who combines business insight with technical credibility and international collaboration. The role partners with IT, CODE and BUs to build capabilities and champion responsible AI

Qualifications

• Higher education in engineering, CS, data science or applied maths; business background considered.
• Experience deploying AI solutions, generative AI, agents or automation.
• Ability to translate business needs into tangible AI-enabled solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft AI ecosystem (Copilot, Fabric, Azure, Power BI/Platform).

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate AI governance across the Group and build a shared AI roadmap.
• Identify and deliver high-value AI and data science use cases.
• Accelerate adoption of Copilot and related Microsoft tools across entities.
• Develop capabilities and lead the AI community within the Group.
• Collaborate with IT, CODE and business units to drive transformation.
• Define training with HR and IT; measure capability development and usage.
