Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking an AI Adoption Lead to drive practical integration of AI across the enterprise. You will serve as the bridge between technical AI capabilities and business value, ensuring internal platforms deliver measurable impact and a competitive edge.

Hybrid role within a global aerospace leader, coordinating with digital and business units to embed AI into core workflows, while upholding governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Exceptional change management and digital consulting experience with AI & Analytics ecosystems.
• Strong drive to translate technological potential into measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise-Wide AI Adoption Strategy: Formulate, scale, and own the adoption roadmap for internal AI services.
• Macro-Adoption Monitoring & Metrics: Define KPIs and dashboards to track AI adoption and engagement across divisions.
• Business Accompanying & Use Case Scaling: Partner with domain experts to scale AI initiatives across teams and run transversal events.
• Quality & Effectiveness Assurance: Establish governance for AI interactions, including prompt optimization and outputs verification.
• Value Realization & Leverage Tracking: Measure efficiency gains and cost savings from the AI community.
