Job summary

Ayvens is seeking an Experienced AI Adoption Lead to accelerate AI adoption across the organization. You will drive training, enablement, and change initiatives while ensuring governance and compliance for all AI solutions.

You will bridge business and technology, manage the AI demand pipeline, and lead initiatives from ideation to value realization. The role requires adaptable leadership, strong communication, and the ability to align strategy with execution across markets and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/CS/Data Science/Engineering/Math/Stats or related field.
• Fluent English required.
• Experience in AI adoption, governance and change management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI for All initiatives including trainings and large-scale adoption of AI tools such as Copilot Chat and Copilot Studio.
• Ensure AI initiatives comply with Ayvens governance and compliance standards.
• Own and structure the AI demand pipeline with business case collection and tracking.
• Coordinate across business, IT, risk, legal, architecture and central SG teams to ensure alignment.
• Drive communication and change management for AI initiatives across countries and functions.
• Support and accelerate AI delivery at scale and go-live timelines.
