Job summary

PALO IT in Paris, Île-de-France, is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer. You will embed with client teams to drive AI-first product deliveries from discovery through production and adoption, owning outcomes rather than just code.

A minimum of 5+ years in hands-on software engineering and a consulting posture are required. You will work in a hybrid model across client sites and the Paris office, leveraging Gen-e²™ methodologies and cutting-edge AI tooling to deliver high-impact platforms

Qualifications

Client-facing, consulting posture and ability to run discovery sessions.
Hands-on software development experience, including cross-functional work.
Ability to deliver a workstream independently in fast-moving environments.
Strong full-stack foundations (backend: Java/Net; frontend: React/Angular).
Experience with LLMs or generative models in practice.

Responsibilities

Deliver defined workstreams from prototype to production.
Frame ambiguous business problems during discovery and scoping sessions.
Build full-stack, AI-powered systems delivering measurable client impact.
Surface risks and dependencies to prevent blockers; take on unassigned work.
Build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders and present to senior leaders.
Propose AI improvements beyond initial scope.
Incorporate field feedback to improve delivery.
