Job summary

Google is seeking an AI Outcome Customer Engineer in Paris to bridge pre-sales and post-sales work. You will shape solutions through adoption, rapid activation, and viable delivery, aligning with Forward Deployed Engineering to integrate assets into the customer IT ecosystem.

You will collaborate with core Product and Engineering teams to address deployment blockers, troubleshoot issues, and drive the technical reality of delivery for AI accounts in France.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues with partners or customers.
Experience with delivery strategies and interfacing with product/engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account teams during technical evaluation phases to shape proposals and adoption.
Diagnose complex customer implementations, identify bugs, and test workarounds to enable delivery.
Liaise with Product and Engineering to translate field feedback into actionable feature requests.
Steer implementation strategy with technical authority and architectural foresight.
